Project Overview The Government is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, install, test, and place into full operational service a specialized wheel washer.
This equipment is mission-essential to support C-130 aircraft mission readiness and squadron-level wheel overhaul operations.

Scope of Work Summary The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental services necessary to deliver and install a fully operational wheel washer meeting all technical and physical parameters outlined below.
Key Objectives • Furnish and deliver a complete wheel washer system. • Perform full installation and operational testing. • Provide complete system commissioning and handoff. • Conduct on-site operational and safety training for Government personnel.
Technical Specifications & Requirements The proposed equipment must meet or exceed the following specifications: • Wash Systems: Must feature a heated wash system, an automated brush cleaning system, and a high-pressure spray cleaning system. • Brushes: Must include C-130-specific wheel and hub cleaning brushes. • Chamber Dimensions: Minimum internal wash chamber dimensions of 26 inches x 26 inches x 26 inches to accommodate the largest C-130 wheel assembly. • Environmental Standard: The equipment must utilize a water-based cleaning solution with no known adverse environmental impacts. • Safety Compliance: The system must comply with applicable industry safety standards for automated machinery and high-pressure cleaning equipment.
Installation Location • Location: 71st Isochronal Maintenance Facility. • Note: Required electrical services have been pre-installed by the Government and are ready to support integration.
