We are inviting qualified vendors to submit a quote for one (1) commercial vehicle to support the 23 Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Moody AFB, GA.

The purpose of this RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide a Multi-Function School Activity Bus (MFSAB) meeting all safety, capacity, and performance requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) at the best overall value to the Government.

Please provide pricing and availability for the following vehicle: One (1) 72-Passenger Multi-Function School Activity Bus (MFSAB) Must meet or exceed the technical specifications detailed in the attached SOW.

Questions and Answers: Should you have any questions about this requirement, please submit them no later than 2:00 PM EST 28 July 2026, all questions must be emailed to the POCs via a word document or PDF (Attachment - Contractor Questions).

Answers to all questions will be posted to SAM.gov through an amendment to the solicitation on 30 July 2026.

Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring the solicitation for amendments and updates.

Response Time: Quotations will be accepted electronically no later than 10:00 AM EST on 4 August 2026.

All quotations shall be marked with the RFQ number and title.

Email quotations shall be sent to both the primary and alternate points of contact identified below.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
