This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The source s sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing with an associated size standard of 1,250 employees.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Orlando Contracting Team is seeking interested sources for Upgrading our Chapel Audio Visual System that is used to stream all events live through their in-house cable TV Feed.
Most of the existing AV system will remain in place and new equipment will be installed to provide additional wireless and wall mounted microphone coverage, government furnished equipment (GFE) display audio ingests, and wall mounted microphone control for the Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC).
