Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 70Z08526Q500007 The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price service contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work.

This requirement consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform annual and semi-annual inspection and maintenance of installed CO? fire suppression systems and galley fire suppression systems onboard USCGC ABBIE BURGESS.

Work includes weighing and inspecting nine (9) CO? cylinders, testing system components (pipe integrity, pressure switches, alarms, time delay cylinders, and pull cables), and replacing nine (9) cylinder hoses.

The contractor shall also perform semi-annual maintenance on the galley R-102 APC fire suppression system, including weighing the APC cartridge, testing pull cables, and replacing three (3) fusible links.

All work must be completed in accordance with COMDTINST 3120.21C (Cutter Safe-to-Sail Minimum Critical Equipment).

This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 336611 Ship and Boat Building, with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

The applicable Product Service Code is 4210 Fire Fighting Equipment.

All services must be performed on-site at: USCGC ABBIE BURGESS Coast Guard Pier 54 Tillson Ave.
