The U.S.
Geological Survey (USGS) Eastern Ecological Science Center requires a contractor to remove and replace the existing shingled roofing systems on Building #1: Telework Building and Building #2: Quarters 111 at the Leetown Research Laboratory campus in Kearneysville, WV.
Work includes full removal of existing roofs, installation of new shingles meeting historic preservation requirements, and replacement of flashing, gutters, and downspouts.
All labor, materials, and equipment must be provided to complete the project within the 60-day period of performance. - Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140G0126Q0185 will close August 07, 2025, at 10:00 am pacific standard time. - A site visit will be held on Thursday July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. eastern time CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.
