Luke AFB has a four year requirement for the sunshade sustainment maintenance IAW the submitted PWS (performance work statement).

The solicitation is a total small business set-aside.

All questions in response to this solicitation are due no later than 10 August 2026 @ 1200MST.

Any site visit requests please email A1C Sophia Mojica @ [email protected] NLT 28 Jul 2026.

Actual site visit would take place the week of 03-06 August.

Answers to all questions asked, including any questions asked at the site visit, will be provided by 14 August 2026 by end of day.

Minor clarifications will be addressed after this date but no additional questions will be taken.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
