What this contract is for
This posting serves as notice that the Official Solicitation for “Paint IDIQ Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex 2026" has been posted to sam.gov under Notice ID: FA330026R0029. Please follow all instructions contained within the attached Solicitation FA330026R0029, and ensure you review all contents of Attachments 1-10. 1. This will be a competitive 100% Total Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-aside firm-fixed-priced contract. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued on a competitive basis. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quote, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Failure to meet a requirement may result in offeror being ineligible for award. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Contractors must be located within a 250-mile radius of the place of performance (Maxwell AFB, Alabama). Offerors outside this radius will be deemed ineligible for award. 2. Site Visit: A site visit will be held on 14 July 2026 at 9:00 CDT. All parties will meet at the University Inn (Building 1017) at 545 S. Morris Ave Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL 36114. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by 13 July 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendee's name (as reflected on their driver's license), include title and a telephone number for each individual.
