What this contract is for

This posting is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, for the performance of required repairs to the Black Rock Lock (BRL) in Buffalo, NY. Damages were caused by an oversized vessel entering the BRL and contacting the structure. Contact was with an operating gate emergency egress ladder and fendering in multiple areas.
