Scope

The Collin County Community College District is seeking proposals from interested firms to provide Bookstore Management Services. The contract term will be for five (5) years with a five (5) year renewal. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on October 15th, 2026 at 12:00 pm and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Please see the link here. December 2, 2026 (Tentative): Oral presentations and interviews, if deemed necessary, may be conducted with proposers. Presentations are anticipated to occur before the RFP Evaluation Committee in the morning and the President's Cabinet in the afternoon. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be presented to the Board Trustees on January 26, 2026, and award notification will be sent after approval.
