Scope
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with (IAW) format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.The solicitation number for this combined synopsis-solicitation is FA483027Q0003 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The above-mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
All references to offer or offeror in the solicitation, clauses, and provisions for this RFQ are deemed to have the meaning of quotation and quoter respectively.This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with RFO 19.104-1(a).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 621340 with a size standard of $12.5 million.IAW RFO 52.232-18, Availability of Funds.
The Government intends to award for this service; however, funds are not presently available for this contract.
The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
