This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238220 and has a size standard of $19 Million. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is subject to FAR52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: This is a construction project for the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and material necessary to Replace Morgue Freezers. All work shall be completed in accordance with all published applicable local/state/federal/national codes, ordinances, and regulations, along with all related VA directives, design guides and manuals, specifications, and standards plus all VA requirements (federal or local) that are project specific to the documented scope of work on this site. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Brand Name or Equal Product Salient Characteristics documents. Project Completion: 365 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
