Offerors shall be registered at System for Award Management (SAM). www.sam.gov All questions must be in writing and emailed to [email protected] no later than 10:00 AM CDT 07/24/2026. See attached Statement of Work for details. FOB Destination 30 Days ARO All offerors shall fill out the Buy American Certificate (BAA) and return with the quote. Failure to sign the BAA will result in the quote being unresponsive. Offerors shall fill out the certification of compliance for limitations on subcontracting (LOS) at C.4 and return with quote. Failure to sign LOS form will result in quote being unresponsive.
