What this contract is for

Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0585 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an annual service contract for a Roche IHC Discovery ULTRA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The USDA, ARS, in Ames, IA has a new requirement for an annual service contract for Roche Diagnostics Ventana Discovery Ultra automated IHC/ISH Stainer, that meets the following, and the attached SOW: Covered components will include: Roche IHC Discover ULTRA System (SN: 330127) One Computer Workstation All OEM replacement parts All labor and travel expenses One (1) Annual Preventative Maintenance The intent is to award a contract of a Base Year plus 4 Option Years. Estimated dates: Base Year – 5-18-26 to 5-17-27 Option Year 1 – 5-18-27 to 5-17-28 Option Year 2 – 5-18-28 to 5-17-29 Option Year 3 – 5-18-29 to 5-17-30 Option Year 4 – 5-18-30 to 5-17-31 Award Type The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. Therefore, to be considered responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items.
