Second Project Location: Johnson Settlement (Bruckner Barn, Cooler House and Bid Option 01 - Settlement Cabin), 100 Lady Bird Lane Ste 329, Johnson City, TX 78636 C. The Work consists of the following: 1. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Removal of wood shingles, repair to wood joists, wood purlins and reinstallation of new Synthetic shake/shingle roofs at the Bruckner Barn and Stubbs Cooler Building (Stubbs Well House), the barn and smoke house at the Boyhood Home Unit. b. Remove and reinstallation of lightning protection on Bruckner Barn, Polk Barn, and Stubbs Cooler House (Stubbs Well House) and the Boyhood Home¿ Barn c. Add lightning protection to the Smokehouse at the Boyhood Home d. Bid Option 01: Removal of wood shingles, repair/replace wood purlins and installation of new Synthetic shake/shingle roofs at Settlement Cabin. e.
