What this contract is for
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for services to replace waterproofing at American Center building roof. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided below. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 23, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the American Center, 24 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001, India. Prospective offerors who wish to participate in the site visit should send their interest to [email protected] no later than 5 p.m. on July 21, 2026. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] on or before 5 p.m. on July 21, 2026. Responses will be provided to all offerors who have expressed interest in doing business with the U.S. Government (USG). Questions submitted after 5 p.m. on July 21, 2026, will not be answered. Quotations are due no later than 5 p.m. (India Time) on July 30, 2026. All quotations must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the subject line "Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0091 – Replace Waterproofing at American Center Building roof." The file size must not exceed 10 MB. If the file size exceeds 10 MB, the submission must be divided into separate files and attached to separate emails, each less than 10 MB. Quotations submitted after 5 p.m. (India Time) on July 30, 2026, will not be accepted. Quotations must be submitted in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotations submitted to any email address other than [email protected] will be rejected and handled in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
