Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for wall, floor, and canopy repairs at the Consular Section of the U.S.

Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan.

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.

The U.S.

Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit.

The site visit will be held on July 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., at the U.S.

Embassy in Baku, located on Azadlig avenue 111.

Prospective offerors/quoters should email full names and telephone numbers of their representatives to Vahid Movsumov at [email protected] no later than July 29, 2026, on or before 10:00 A.M.

This information is required to provide access to the compound.

No substitutes or additional people can attend the meeting.

Attendees are requested to carry their photo ID along with them.

Quotations are due by August 10, 2026 on or before 6:00 PM, Baku time.

No quotations will be accepted after this time.

Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
