The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to repair HVAC in building 137 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday 30 July 2026 at 10AM local time, attendance is not required for submission of quote.

Contractors interested in attending the site visit shall RSVP to [email protected] by COB 29 July 2026.

Include your company name, UEI, names of employees physically attending, number of employees attending.

Attendees must have REAL - ID compliant drivers license to be allowed access to the installation.

Failure to RSVP with the above information will result in employees being turned away at the gate.
