Purpose The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Crisis Line (VCL), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research in accordance with FAR Part 10.
The Government seeks to identify capable contractors interested in providing professional candidate evaluation, interviewing, reference checking, and recruitment outreach services in support of VCL hiring operations.
This RFI is for market research only.
This is not a solicitation, not a request for quote, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.

Description of Services The VCL requires contractor support to perform: Resume review using VCL provided scoring matrices Structured interviews (telephonic) following standardized interview questions Reference checks using approved forms Participation in job fairs and university recruitment events Preparation of summary reports and recommendations for use by VCL hiring officials The contractor will not make hiring decisions; VCL retains sole authority to select candidates.
