The U.S.

Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research, to obtain input from industry for Employment Verification Services to research, analyze, and obtain documentation that establishes contractor/subcontractor contractual relationships with Department of Energy (DOE) facilities, and to maintain a searchable, reportable electronic database of the evidence collected.

This effort supports adjudication under EEOICPA by providing reliable verification when DOE or corporate verifiers lack sufficient records, The information received will assist the Government in understanding industry capabilities, refining requirements, assessing risks, and developing an appropriate acquisition strategy consistent with applicable procurement laws and regulations.

This RFI is for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quote, or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any supplies or services.
