DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall completely restore the 3,080-square-foot gymnasium hardwood floor located at USCG Station Quillayute River.

98350 Period of Performance: 08/24/2026 – 09/24/2026 This is an estimated period of performance and subject to change closer to award.

Site Visit and Location: A site visit shall be mandatory for all interested offerors.
Each offeror is required to visit the site to provide the government with an accurate and competitive offer.

To schedule site visit, provide list of attendees via E-mail to Patrick Stewart at [email protected] no later than 07/29/2026, 12pm (PST) any offerors request after specified date will not be allowed to attend site visit.
