Presolicitation Notice: Invitation for Bid (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Business.

Sustain Aircraft Parking Apron The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota intends to issue an Invitation for Bid solicitation FA6633-26-B-0001 for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Sustain Aircraft Parking Apron at Minneapolis-St Paul ARB.

A solicitation package is anticipated to be available at www.sam.gov on or after 06 August 2026.

Paper copies will not be available.

The entire Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov.

Once the solicitation is posted, Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments.

It is anticipated the following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe).

To protect the Government’s interest, bid bonds will be required in accordance with FAR 28.101.

In addition, payment and performance bonds shall be required of the awarded contractor in accordance with FAR 28.102-1(a).

The penal sum of the payment and performance bond shall be 100% of the contract price.

If the contract price increases, the contractor shall provide an additional amount equal to 100% of the increase.

This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.102-2; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside.

Magnitude of acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Work to be performed within 237310 “Highway, Street & Bridge Construction” and the size standard is $45 million.
