U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a contract pursuant to the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 15.002(a) on a sole source basis to Cape Fox Expeditionary.

This procurement is for Phase 3 at Building 1 at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.

Cape Fox is actively working on contracts for Phase 1 and Phase 2 at Building 1.

The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing all Design/Engineering Services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to provide humidity control and repair the interior administrative areas of Building 1, Tinker AFB, OK.

The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, PSC Y1AA, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S.

Small Business Administration, is $45,000,000.00.

This action will be conducted IAW RFO Part 15.

This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.

Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contract Specialist below no later than 3:00 p.m.

CT on 07 August 2026.
