The purpose of this solicitation is to select qualified firms to enter into a contract to provide Right-of-Way and Town Facilities Lawn Maintenance at various locations within the Town of Davie. It is the intent of the Town to award only ONE bidder per zone; however, the Town may award multiple zones to one bidder if determined that it is in the best interest of the Town. The Town may also award to one (1) or more secondary vendors. ROW Maintenance Zone Maps are provided in the Attachments; however, if any map and descriptions in Scope differ, then the descriptions shall govern. The geographical area for each maintenance zone is shown in the ROW Maintenance Zone Map included in this bid. The use of Glyphosate is NOT ALLOWED under this contract. All requirements are as per specifications herein. The estimated budget is $500,000. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid bond. If recommended for award, bidder is required to submit 100% payment and performance bonds. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
