Notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for Monroe Ave Drainage Improvements - CDBG-DR HS005 . The Oakfield–Palafox Drainage, Utility, and Roadway Improvements Project is located along the Palafox Street corridor, extending from approximately 700 feet south of Industrial Boulevard north to West Pinestead Road. The project includes approximately 6,200 linear feet of improvements along Palafox Street, as well as associated improvements on Industrial Boulevard, Majors Road, Hancock Lane, Pacific Street, adjacent side streets, and the West Oakfield Pond facility. Phase III construction includes roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, stormwater drainage system improvements, utility relocation and replacement, sanitary sewer system upgrades, sidewalk enhancements, and rehabilitation of the West Oakfield Pond stormwater facility
