The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a contract to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), General Dynamics Land Systems Inc. (GDLS), Cage Code: 7W356, on a sole source basis for three years under the authority of FAR 6.302-l(ii)&(iii)(A), there is only one responsible source, and no other suppliers or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
