This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of businesses to meet the requirements listed below. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the Business Size Standard is $19.0M. The associated Product Service Code is J041 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. Description of Requirement: The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center has a requirement for preventative maintenance on five centrifugal liquid York chillers, their associated variable frequency drives (VFDs), and monitoring refrigerant leakage from the same chillers. A firm-fixed price service contract with a 1-year base period and two 1-year option periods is anticipated. The base period of performance is anticipated to be November 1, 2026 October 31, 2027. All work will occur at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC), 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The facility has a primary/secondary chilled water loop to provide cooling medium for the majority of the air handling units (AHUs) and fan- coil units that distribute cool air to the interior of the buildings. The chiller plant is the sole source of cooling for the facility and has four (4) 1,000-ton and one (1) 500-ton chiller located in Building 23. All chillers are manufactured by York.
