What this contract is for
SOLICITATION AMENDMENT-DESCRIPTION The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0004 is to provide the following updates and information: 1. VA Response to contractor's Requests For Information (RFIs) are provided on attachment titled "Attachment RFI Q-A VA Response". 2. Adds Contract Clauses 52.212-4, and Special Clause titled "VA Specific Payments Under Fixed Priced Contracts", both clauses are included in this amendment. 3. Removes Contract Clauses 52.232-5 and 52.249-10. 4. The following attachments are added by this amendment: a) SOW 7-7-2026. Replaces previous SOW 4-8-26. Updates to the SOW are highlighted in yellow. b) Specifications 06-30-2026. Replaces previous Specifications. c) Slab and Fence Details. d) Topography Drawing. e) Laydown Area. f) Benchmarks. g) Site Pictures. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and are in ful force and effect. 6. Proposal submission date si extended to 07-23-2026 at 14:00 PDT. 7. Proposals must be emailed to [email protected].
