What this contract is for
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number 140FGA26Q0048. Set-Aside for Total Small Business. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace the pump and other attached piping and systems in accordance with the Statement of Work at the Flint Hills NWR located in Hartford, KS. This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS Code: 237110 Water and Sewer Line Related Structures Small Business Size Standard $45.0 million dollars This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 Construction and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $100,000.00 and $350,000.00. This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. The estimated Period of Performance will be 90 Days after the Notice to proceed. Evaluation of interested contractors will be based on the below for award: 1) Technical Approach 2) Past Performance/Experience 3) Price Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
