Quoters shall prepare and submit quotations in accordance with the amended instructions and evaluation criteria contained in this amendment. Make changes regarding provisions and clauses: A copy of the Amendment has been uploaded. END OF AMENDMENT 0003 Amendment 0002: The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to provide government responses to RFI's and provide a copy of the site visit sign-in sheet. A copy of the Amendment has been uploaded. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
