This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70RFPW26QW9000011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase and install a new stand-alone Network Video Management System (NVMS) for a fully functional Installation of Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Sirena Plaza in Hagåtña, Guam.
