What this contract is for

***Amendment 0001 posted to add attachment 4 - Logo Designs and attachment 5 - Questions and Answers document. This amendment also extends the solicitation closing date to 24 July 2026 at 3:00pm CDT and the delivery date to 16 November 2026.*** The Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) has a requirement for customized Recruiting and Retention marketing items. Delivery is required across six (6) distinct locations throughout Texas, as detailed in Attachment 3. By submitting a quote, the offeror attests and guarantees the capability to meet the mandatory 90-day delivery timeline upon contract award. Additionally, physical product samples are required for each proposed item to evaluate quality and compliance with specifications. Please submit all questions regarding this solicitation via email to [email protected]. The deadline for questions is no later than (NLT) 10:00 AM CDT on July 2, 2026. All questions and answers will be posted publicly on SAM.gov. It is the vendors responsibility to regularly monitor the website for updates. No late Q/As or quotes will be considered by the Government.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
