The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. An organized site visit (highly recommended) has been scheduled for July 08, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Beregovaya Street, Building No. 1, Moscow, Russian Federation (AAS). Offerors interested to attend should e-mail a company name and its representative’s name to the following e-mail address: [email protected] and [email protected], no later than July 07, 2026, at 13:00 p.m. Moscow time. Quotations are due by 6-00 p.m. local Moscow time on July 20, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
