All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistic Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract on a full and open competitive basis for Engine Water Sample Testing for the MH-65E aircraft. This requirement will be procured via issuance of individually funded task orders. The anticipated period of performance will be five (5) years total, consisting of one (1) year base period, and if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods, this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
