What this contract is for

NOTICE TO OFFERORS - The purpose of this latest edit to the solicitation (10 July 2026) is to extend the solicitation due date to 27 July to allow for questions and answer to be provided. The purpose of this ammendment to the subject solicitation is to attach an updated PWS, and to address Questions submitted with answers attached herein. The due date for proposals remains the same. Human Performance Optimization Services IAW the attached PWS. Services include the following professions: Certified Strength/Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Physical Therapist - Specialized (PTS), Operational Psychologist (OP), and Training and Travel for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW). All proposals must adhere to the instructions, conditions, and notices to Offerers located on page 24 of the soliciation document. All questions must be submitted to the POCs listed in this posting NLT 1500 CEST, 26 June 2026.
