THIS IS FOR A PARKING ONLY LEASE General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Chicago Delineated Area: West - Jefferson Street East - Chicago River North - Jackson Street South - Harrison Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: PARKING ONLY Parking Spaces (Total, Surface or Structured): 125 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Offered site must be able to accommodate an Oversized Vehicle: Height - 118”; Length - 264”; Width - 112” 24 hour access is required. Parking spaces shall be secured and illuminated in accordance with ISCFacility Security Level requirements as determined by the Federal Protective Service (FPS). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance-flood-plain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunicationsprohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National DefenseAuthorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR).
