What this contract is for

The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to procure the Manifold Oil Filter – Nose Gearbox for the AH-64 Apache. NSN: 1615-01-616-1842 P/N: 7-511325340-001 Estimated Quantity: 7 EA min / 35 EA max Critical Safety Item: No Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 1 EA a month, unless the Contractor can deliver all assets on the first delivery. Delivery Location: TBD The Government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this action. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The Government has access to the data but does not own the rights to the data. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. Reverse engineering is not feasible.
