Federal Correctional Complex at Terre Haute, Indiana: CUP GENERATOR REPAIR The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute, Indiana, herein issues solicitation 15B41826Q00000027 for the requirements of: FCC TERRE HAUTE CUP GENERATOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Terre Haute, 4200 Bureau Road North, Terre Haute, Indiana. This solicitation is restricted for 100% Small Business set-aside utilizing the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 221122 (ELECTRIC POWER DISTRIBUTION) with a corresponding small business size standard of 1100 employees. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government will award the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The Government will award the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, technical specifications and lead time. Quality comparison with other offers, administrative/shipping cost and past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important factors. Please input pricing that includes freight cost to our facility in your quotes. The government reserves the right to make a single award. Interested parties can submit their quote on the attached form 15B41826Q00000027 of this notice.
