The space may be provided as one contiguous block or as two contiguous blocks. If two blocks are provided, one block must contain 2,230 ABOA SF and the other must contain 8,398 – 8,918 ABOA SF. 2. Six of the reserved parking spaces listed above must be secured with an 8’ high chain link fence. 3. Weapons and ammunitions will be stored onsite in a ballistic-rated, access controlled secured room. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
