PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Jct. NM State Hwy 371 & Navajo Route 9 has an upcoming requirement for a commercial quantitative respirator fit testing system, including required software, accessories, and a manufacturer-authorized maintenance and calibration agreement. The system shall support quantitative fit testing for N95, half-mask, full-face, and SCBA respirators and include electronic fit-test record management. Estimated delivery will be completed within 30 calendar days after receipt of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00206 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by July 27, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 3, 2026. The Government is conducting market research to determine whether this requirement will be set aside under the Buy Indian Act (HHSAR Part 326) another socioeconomic program, or competed on an unrestricted basis. In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
