What this contract is for

This request is for one Keysight Technologies Model N5183B MXG X-Series Microwave Analog Signal Generator. Requirement Type: BRAND NAME ONLY. In accordance with RFO FAR 11.204, only the exact brand and model specified will be accepted. No "or equal" or alternative brands will be considered for award. This equipment is for integration into a highly standardized and active aerospace testing environment. Introduction of any other brand, model, variance, or "equal" equipment will introduce unacceptable. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held.
