The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Strategic and Computing Systems Department (A Department) has a follow-on requirement for technical analysis and engineering support for mission assurance, defense and commercial critical infrastructure, and their cyber and physical dependencies. (RFP N0017827R4405).

NSWCDD will host an in-person Industry Day regarding the anticipated follow-on contract for Mission Assurance Services solicitation, on 29 Sept 2026 at the University of Mary Washington-Dahlgren Campus, 4224 University Drive, King George, VA 22485, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

To support market research under RFO Part 10, NSWCDD will offer optional one-on-one sessions with industry partners who request it.

Requests for one-on-one sessions should be made along with interested parties’ registrations and are planned to occur from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 29 Sept 2026 upon the conclusion of the Industry Day Question & Answer period.

In the event more requests are received than can be accommodated on the afternoon of 29 September 2026, a separate meeting date will be coordinated.

Requests for optional one-on-one meetings will not be honored after the registration deadline of 5:00 PM EST 22 September 2026.

Virtual one-on-one sessions will not be held.

This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.

The Government is not requesting proposals at this time.

Participation in the Industry Day is voluntary and is not required in order to compete for any future solicitation.
