PURPOSE AND ACQUISITION BACKGROUND The purpose of this notice is to identify potential industry sources capable of delivering a high-precision, multi-channel Advanced Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Simulator suite.

This requirement will support critical Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) research, development, and testing spanning dual-frequency GPS baselines, encrypted military signals (SAASM and AES M-Code), full-spectrum multi-constellations, Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Alternative Navigation (ALTNAV), lunar S-band PNT, contested/threat environments, and multi-element Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) wavefront testing.

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The required capability consists of a minimum of two (2) discrete simulation units meeting the essential physical, electrical, and functional characteristics detailed below.
