This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Annual Inspection, Maintenance, and Support Services for 552 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron's (AMXS) 310 Halon 1211 Fire Extinguisher Units at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.

The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ to the acceptable quoter with the lowest evaluated price which is deemed responsible in accordance with the FAR, and which has submitted a quote conforming to the solicitation requirements.
The requirements include all stated terms, conditions, and all other requirements of this solicitation.
The Government intends to make an award based on the initial quotes received; therefore, the initial quote should contain the quoter’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
Quoters must be determined to be responsible according to the standards of FAR Subpart 9 to be eligible for award.
