The 7th Contracting Squadron is seeking the lease (including Delivery to and from Dyess AFb, TX) of a Bucket truck as described in the Attached Statment of Work) (SOW).

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation prepared IAW the Revolutionairy Far Over Part 12 Procedures.

Interested vendors are encouraged to read this solicitation and attachments in their entierty before submitting quotes.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and another written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

E-mail is the required method for offer submission.

The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote.

Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .

Specifications sheet for equipment proposed Confirmation of Delivery of quoted equipment within 10 After date of contract (ADC) to Dyess AFB, TX. * The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 23 September 2026, 10:00 P.M. (CDT).
