Solicitation Modification 001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that certain technical data associated with this solicitation is marked Distribution Statement D and is not publicly available on SAM.gov.

Vendors requiring access to such data must possess an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.

Upon verification, the Government will provide the restricted technical data outside of SAM.gov through a Government-approved method.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining certification and requesting access in sufficient time before the solicitation closing date.

Failure to obtain access will not constitute a basis for extending the solicitation closing date.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

The solicitation closing date and time of 18 Sep 2026 at 12:00 P.M.

Eastern Standard Time remain unchanged.

It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the soliciation for any amendments, modifications, or other changes.
