NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10), intends to award a sole-source contract to CDS Services Inc., a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for bed bug pest control services in support of the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and associated VA facilities.
REQUIREMENT The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, transportation, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform bed bug pest management services.
Services include bed bug inspections, treatments, follow-up inspections, and related Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services on an as-needed basis.
Services may be required during regular business hours, after hours, and on weekends at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and associated VA facilities identified in the Performance Work Statement.
