Statement of Requirement The U.S.

Forest Service at El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) requires services to maintain building HVAC Controllers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition & routine maintenance services.

Pricing includes all costs associated with providing HVAC Controller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, overhead and profit.

The contract will be for a base year, with four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
