Address bids to the attention of Garrett Houston, Director of Public Works, City of Mount Pleasant, 501 N. Madison, Mount Pleasant, TX 75455. They can also be submitted electronically on our website at www.bidnetdirect.com//mpcity . All vendors need to register, going forward this is how The City of Mount Pleasant will be conducting the bid process. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, with the bid number, opening date and time, and item to be bid marked clearly on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope, if submitted at City Hall. Bids will be opened at 10am by Bid Sync and will automatically generate the online submission and populate the grids. Garrett Houston will open the unsealed submitted envelopes as well. Garrett Houston will then read the results aloud in the Council Chambers, located at City Hall, 501 N Madison, Mount Pleasant, TX, on October 1, 2026 FACSIMILE TRANSMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A copy of bid information and specifications of the above item(s) must be obtained on our website at www.mpcity.net under bid. The city of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive any or all formalities, and to award a contract to the best bid.
