THE CITY OF LAKELAND IS REQUESTING QUALIFICATIONS FROM EXPERIENCED ENGINEERING FIRMS PREQUALIFIED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN WORK GROUP TYPE 10 – CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION (CEI), WORK TYPE 10.1 (ROADWAY CEI), AND WORK TYPE 10.3 (CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS INSPECTION), TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE GLENDALE STREET TRAIL PROJECT THROUGH THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. THIS SOLICITATION WILL FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTE 287.055, TERMED THE "CONSULTANTS’ COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATIONS ACT (CCNA)". IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA CONSULTANTS’ COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION ACT (CCNA), (CHAPTER 287), RATES SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THIS PROPOSAL .
