This is a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to install two (2) drying cabinets at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS).
The brand name reference is the AMSCO Drying Cabinet, AMSCO Instrument Drying Cabinet Air Purge Connector for DaVinci Devices, and AMSCO Drying Cabinet, Large Shelves, 29" Wide, Cabinet Configuration with Purge Option, 120V.
Equipment will be delivered and installed at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, John L.
McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR, 72205.
